Our History
Donna Burdi's culinary expertise starts with her childhood. Growing up, she learned techniques and recipes crafting authentic italian cuisine from her grandmother in the kitchen and traveling Eastern Europe. This jump-started her career as a restaurateur. Donna has owned and operated Italian restaurants and cafes across multiple states. She decided to launch Moscato's To Go - a full service personal cheffing establishment allowing her to do what she enjoys best.
